Hacking Pokemon rom trade 3DS

Hi guys. Is it possible to trade pokemon if you're using an r4i to play it on 3ds?

Why yes, yes it does.

The only thing that isn't possible "legally" are things like Poketransfer (Gen IV imports) and such.

You mean you want to receive Wi-fi events?

That's possible. You need a wireless network WITH supported security.(DSi functions won't work on R4i D: )
