Gaming Pokemon: Rom to real

Is there any way to transfer pokemon from a rom, to an actual game, either ds or gba?

I think there is a way yes. There's a homebrew for transfering saves to real carts, and transfer the save from a cart to a file.

I think he was asking like a normal trade, in which case yes. The rom would function like the actual game, so if you just have to trade like normal.

Just go through all the same things like on the actual cartridge. Load the game, go to the place where you trade, and trade. It is written in the game's manual.

I'm sorry, I think you misunderstand, I want to trade pokemon from a rom on my computer, to an actual game. How would I connect the two?

You cannot connect a DS Emulator to a game on a real DS. The only way you can get Pokemon from a DS Emulator is via Pokesav and having a NDS Backup Adapter Plus (for HGSS and BW) or any way to save/write NDS saves (DPPt).
