Gaming Pokémon Ranger question.

Is it possible to transfer the manaphy egg from a "Pokémon Ranger" ROM to a legit "Pokémon Diamond" Cartridge?

I got a R4DS and a Onyx Black DS Lite. I'm thinking of borrowing my friends DS Lite to transfer the egg. Will it work?

How does it transfer? WiFi? If so, it should work perfectly fine, although you'll probably want to try and find somebody who has tried it out, or just try it yourself, what's the worst that can happen besides dissapointment?

If I remember correctly, you have to have the card inserted, if not, and it is wifi then yes you should be able to do it.

Step 12: To get your Manaphy egg from Pokemon Ranger to Pokemon Diamond or Pearl you’ll need two DS systems. This will only work if the DS systems are set on the same language AND if both Pokemon Ranger and Pokemon Diamond or Pearl are the same version (meaning they have to be from the same region or country for the transfer to work!)
Step 13: Put Pokemon Ranger in DS system 1. Put Pokemon Diamond or Pearl in DS system 2.
Step 14: Turn on DS system 1 with Pokemon Ranger. Go to the “Check Egg” screen and click on it to go to your Manaphy Egg and touch it so you see a “Send” button. Touch the “Send” button.
Step 15: Turn on DS system 2 with Pokemon Diamond or Pearl. Press “Start” on the title screen and the game will tell you you’re picking up the signal from DS system 1. Then follow the on-screen instructions the game gives you.
Step 16: Eventually you’ll have to hit a “Transfer” button on Pokemon Ranger and the Manaphy Egg will be sent to Pokemon Diamond or Pearl.
Step 17: Now that you’re finished with the transfer, start Pokemon Diamond or Pearl game.
Step 18: Make sure you have an open slot (five or less Pokemon) in your party.
Step 19: Go into any PokeMart and talk to a man wearning green. He’ll then give you the Manaphy Egg!

I guess this means that it's done via Download play? Or at least, something similar using the DS' wireless.

Yea, my bad. You can do a ROM to a real game. Just put your flash cart in one DS, then pokemon game in the other. Then it is easy following instructions

Okey. I will try later on, first I need to find a 100% Complete Pokémon Ranger save. I can't bother to play through the whole game ;__;

aww. You should play the whole game yourself. It's pointless if you beat the story and don't do all the exploring after the game. Though some of the Pokemon are tricky, and getting the Regis are a pain in the butt.

aww. You should play the whole game yourself. It's pointless if you beat the story and don't do all the exploring after the game. Though some of the Pokemon are tricky, and getting the Regis are a pain in the butt.

True. It's actually a pretty fun game, too. I had all 3 regis and snorlax on my team, last I checked.

i think you can transfer from a flashcart to a game card.
i have traded pokemon from pokemon pearl to pokemon diamond with no problems.
