Gaming Pokemon Quest DLC only one account?

I have a question regarding the Pokemon Quest DLC.
If I buy the package with everything included can I use the DLC only on my Account or also on other Accounts that are on my console?
For example my girlfriend also has an account (for japanese store) can she also use the DLC if we play on the same console?

AFAIK the purchase is for your console => i ubought is, then when creating another switch profile the pack was sent to it aswell
