I hope not. After one remake, I doubt they'll do another anyway. I hope they eventually remake the GSC series, it was definitely the best.

pokemon are retarded in general, after ruby/diamond the games got lame.

Gold and Silver were the last two good games, now it has just become a rehash. That is why I play Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker which may follow the same formula as it's predecessors, at least it is in 3D and has a breeding system which keeps you involved in the game a bit more, as getting the final monsters is really complex, moreso in the first two games then in this one because there were more monsters.

What they need is to stop making new pokemons, make a new story which lets you go to all regions and add something new to the battle system.

They might do that at the end of all their regions ... if there is an end ... but good idea. But probably won't be out until the next handheld.

That would be really cool, it would end all that having to own 2 handhelds and all of the games to get every single bloody pokemon nonsense. The simple solution would be to form each game and reduce the level growth or extend it to lvl 200 and span out the skills that the Pokemon learn. Going to each area could entail having to do an Elite 4 trial after collecting all the badges, or take out the Elite 4 in each region and put a big battle arena at the end where you have to fight 10 trials to move onto the next region.

I would put the games in this order

Red + Gold + Ruby + Pearl
Blue + Silver + Sapphire + Diamond

Adding the legendary from Crystal would be good too. They might want to adopt a different story if they intend on making a game that spanned all the regions, make something big that ties the areas together, like something involving Team Rocket and Magma or whatever that could be really epic and bring an end to the world involving a new legendary.

Good plot. Not a repeat.

No repeat every 3 years with more pokemon.

New battle system. I have seen games from the '90s with better.

I reckon Nintendo should make a full 3d version for the wii. I hated Pokemon Battle Revolution because all you did was just battle, there was no story. The trading can still happen but through wifi connection.

The problem with Pokemon is the fact that only 2 things change throughout Pokemon history:

1)The number of Pokemon available for you
2)The name of the Evil Team (Basically, a member of The Space Union, their name are space-related)

Alot of the so called new pokemon are badly drawn,but it's the gameplay of the pokemon that should be fixed,it's the same crap every time.....and the only thing that keeps the game alive(barly) for the older players are matches against non-cpu players....they need to think about a new type of game,perhaps a true rpg game with pokemon characters(like FF but with pokemon) heck I dunno.....

Why FF4? If anything use the FFXII (no not the ds) battle system or even the KH one. Battle systems that are actually advanced. I mean the gambit thing in FFXII is pretty clever.

Because Autogrind in a Pokemon game would make it too easy (Hell, it made FFXII insanely easy).
