the translation can't be made to work with the cheats, the cheats need to be made to work with the translation.

The 3v download worked for me but I got really far in the first patch. Is there a way to play the SAV file from the first patched rom to play it on the updated translation?

The codes I use work, if anyone has odd behavior with cheats on, let the rest of us know.

I'm 99% sure it's not the patch's fault. check to see that the OLD save file has the same name as the rom, and also that the game is looking in the right folder.

Didn't you already ask this? I already answered this questions before.

No one knows yet, but it's possible. I think the D/P save files were interchangeable, so the Pl save file should be as well.

Hmm... that's a good question. I'm pretty sure you would be able to use the same save file... I think the Diamon and Pearl japanese saves were compatible with the english game... so I dpn't see why Platinum wouldn't do the same too.

i patched a clean rom and Rename the patched rom into the rom with the save and i played my save game..
i saved the game and after 30min i tried to play the save game and i didnt find my save game..
(the game in the prof open)
i tired to find the SAV of the game..
i found in the Battrey in the file of WinDsPro my Sav game but it was only 1KB I think that all the information gone

anyone help me?

this happened to me once, I was desperate but I think that was an error from winDS pro, all you have to do is copy and paste your save file into another folder and keep it there, I do that everytime that I wanna use the pokesav program, so I always have a copy of my .sav

That's a feature that's beyond the reach of this project. My suggestion is to transfer your Pokemon to a japanese GBA game, or try to use your save on a Japanese GBA game and see how it works.

i want to change the platinum Rom(with patch applied on it) to get real english third gen games to connect with pal park(i'm using a flashcard so thats why i want to do this

)
