So v1.3 now enables all 721 pokemon to be caught in-game? :O
YAY! Good thing work over-saturated me so I could wait a little bit more. xD
Well, you cannot catch everything, but you will be able to at least catch one of each evolutionary line, so you can obtain the remaining Pokemon in that line by breeding. (And breeding is super fast in this hack!)

As long as there is one breeding evo + Ditto, I can get even a Phione/Manaphy. XD

For anyone else who is wanting to know how to update in future without saving it's already included in the documentation.

Released 1.31 Which makes adds custom movesets to all early game trainers and increases Iv values of Important battles to increase the difficulty gap between normal battles and rival/bosses etc. Also made dialogue changes to meeting the professor and surrounding dialogue in the first visit to Lumoise. It won't really be necassary to update if you're already passed route 5 to be honest!

@Asia81 You were able to do that with Ohana3ds?

It's been a while since I posted in this thread. Seems that a loot of cool things have happened since then. Including the added Pokemon. I would like to know if the legendary pokemon will be found in the story, or just in a random encounter?

Like would I just be walkijng through the grass when suddenly an Arceus appears?

Edit: Okay, I'm an idiot for not looking it up before I posted. Yeah, the legends are rare and appear randomly, not part of the story. I still haven't decided if I wanted to patch the wild encounters, or just keep it vanilla.

Last edited by Ericzander,
do you can increase the AI of the important trainer? because the gymleader do dumb stuff sometimes and the level curve to the second gym is not good. and do you have new information about adding the oras mega evolution in neo xy?

But since I've been out of it so long... Is there now a relatively simple way to get a .cia version of the game?

What Version are you on? Both of those issues have been improved on by 3.1. Adding mega evolutions not looking likely for now.

@Ericzander Nice to see you back! Ah I'm not sure there has been a good amount of discussion on it throughout the past number of pages but I have't looked into it yet

Thanks :). I checked it out, but it's probably not worth all the effort.

Has anybody confirmed whether or not a save that is extracted from this game can be imported into a legit version of X/Y?

@GamingAori Many trainers have the highest AI Value unfortunately even with that they can still not chose the best actions depending on the situation. Generally trainer AI is better in Double battles where things open up a bit more. In the earlier parts of the game I've made an attempt to improve this by giving lots of trainers custom movesets with stronger moves and higher IVs.

@Ericzander Not sure about that but in theory I would say it could work fine given there's no script changes.

I would like to know, how do you give a mega ball (for mega-evolution) to pokemon? I mean, I captured an abra with the mega ball on it, but to obtain alakazam I removed the mega ball and put a twisted spoon on it. Now I have Alakazam but I can't give the mega ball to my Alakazam from my bagpack. I can just discart it. How do I do?

I'm pretty sure, that the save could be imported into a legit version of X/Y. However, Pokémon who had their typing/stats/abilities changed might go back to their original state. Most Pokemon will probably not be legitimate due to the changes, so online trading or battling with a Neo X/Y save in regular X/Y is not recommended.

Ah, this is a problem I seemed to have overlooked! The logical solution is for 1.32 I've made it so the Pokemon will hold their respective mega stone instead of a mega ball, install then find another abra and the problem shall be solved.

1.32 Also gives Grant the fully evolved versions of his fossil Pokemon, but reduces their level by 2 and reduces their IVs so the stat boost isn't too powerful.

Thanks. However, my version of the game only edits the story and the trainer changes. The pokemon will be unedited. You think that would be satisfactory to play online with? Otherwise I'd have to play Neo Y, then Star Sapphire (another hack) and then either normal X or normal Ruby to actually play legit.

Oh @Flintiex I have one more question! Back when you first started you said that Neo Y was the way to go. Is that still the case? Because I'd like to play Neo Y while my brother plays Neo X. Is that alright, or will he be left behind?

That shouldn't be a problem now don't worry I went back and included all the story changes in Neo X so they're at the same version!
