I tried it and just got an infinite loading screen.
 
i gave myself the mega stones with pkhex and worked just fine

why did the next address went from 02FC7924 to 02FC78B8

Simplemente le puse que cualquier pokemon cargará las piedras y cargue partida

to unlock the mega stones events
"check the 180 & 182 boxes in the "Flags" tab and visit Looker Bureau and Lysandre Labs (3F).

Be shure you held diancite, mewtwonite x and y in Box"

aunque marque como error, no importa, al cargar partida se las quitas y se van a inventario, puedes borrar el pokemon si quieres.

For anyone else who wants the mega stones, just give the stones to any pokemon and load save, even if marked as illegal on pkhex, how to unlock side quest related, edit event flags 180 / 182 to unlock the side quests

gracias ya pude hacerlo, ahora lo que no me sale es el evento al interacturar con el pokemon mimi

Debes tener la piedra en la mochila, y habilitar las flags según.
Primero me di la piedra x medio de un Pokémon y no se activo el evento.
Luego obtuve la piedra por medio de Mistery gift y al parecer se bugeo la quest (por tener 2)
Cargue la partida y solo tome la piedra de Mistery gift y funcionó.
Me falta agarrar la piedra del Pokémon y activar las flags, lo intentaré despues.

Si hablaste con el pokemon que inicia la quest?

si hable con el pokemon, estoy usando emulador por eso no puedo usar el mystery gift

Acabo de activar ambas flags, y tome la piedra del pokemon que tenía en cajas, funcionó sin problema.
Puedes subir tu save y lo checo en mi consola, nada más la activo y guardo
