If its trading you dont really need to as you can catch all pokemon in the game unless you need to transfer your pokemon to pokemon home?

do you have a second switch or somebody else with a switch? you can try trading the shinies to them via local wireless so as to not connect to the internet as that may be safer and have them send over? but if you want to go the legit route its fairly not hard to get shinies in the game. before i started using codes I already had a shiny eevee just by completing their dex entry (100%) and having an outbreak.

Regarding that Pokedex Codes softlocking the game when talking to professor, i noticed the game didn't freeze when i did these on version 1.0 but i updated the game to 1.0.1 and no matter which version i choose, it always freezes . Any way i can remove the update? Or do i have to reinstall whole game?
