Hacking Pokemon keeps corrupted

It keeps getting me corrupted when I change to 3dz.
I got the header from my own omega ruby version I'm starting a whole new game.

Changing headers does that. To prevent this make sure to backup the save using savedatafiler

To be clear I want just to transfer some pokés to modify.

How do you want to transfer them? If you install savedatafiler you could export your save to you sd card then move the save to your PC and edit it via PKHEX and import that save back into your game.

Yeah savedatafiler is kind hard to find. You will need to look online for it. It's a cia file.

You said you wanted to start a new game. If you want to keep your save you have to extract it with sdf BEFORE switching the header.

Got it solved by using another header MK7 worked perfectly.
Have also savedatafiler installed by now.
