Pokemon Hacking Tools

Are there any text hacking tools for Red/Blue/Yellow/Green? I can find all the other essential hacking tools for palette and maps and battles and such, but nothing about text hacking.

But................

I wanted to edit Pokemon Green, since it had neat sprites. But apparently the GB/GBC text hacking tool listed on that page can't. It freezes while opening a string of text.

I listed all the games because I wanted a tool that was compatible for multiple games, so that I could reference one of the other games sometimes.

...Apparently, NONE of the tools on Whack a Hack that I actually need can edit Green. THIS INFURIATES ME. All of the other tools I found turned out to be bullshit too.

Grrr... The only tools I can find that edit Green are ones that I don't need.
