Gaming Pokemon Gold/Silver VC Title IDs

does anyone here know the TitleIDs of the Spanish and French Pokemon gold and silver games that are on the North American eShop?

The only IDs I have found are either the English versions or of a different region. they do not show up as installed on the eShop for any of the other non English releases so I assume the TitleIDs are different. I am not looking for ROM downloads or anything like that, I need the TitleIDs so I can inject Crystal into either Gold or Silver and have it installed next to the official GS VC and work with Poketransporter.
I am not going to use the Crystal TitleID as it is not released and I do not want something like Poketransporter connecting online and telling Nintendo that I am transferring Pokemon from a "non-existant" Crystal release.

The plan is to replace the rom in Gold or Silver (does not matter) then repack the CIA with the TitleID of either the French or Spanish North American release.
I doubt they use the same TitleIDs as the English NA releases as the other one would overwrite the game when installed.

The games are marked as USA, Europe and Australia regions in the icon file, so the Spanish and French
language versions of the games on the USA eshop should be the same as the ones on the Europe eShop.
