Sorry to be a downer, but at present many of the things you'd like to create are not possible.

You cannot have three versions of the same pokemon (maybe two if you edited the shiny texture and the normal texture), adding things to the game such as that won't work.

Also, proof of concept is a must when doing something like this.

As much as I'd like to see you succeed, it isn't possible to do everything you'd like to at this time.
