ROM Hack Pokemon Diamond Rom Hack help

I'm not looking to "recruit" anyone, but does anyone know where the main source files to things like sound, sprites, and world are? I'm pretty new to this, and I'm having a tough time figuring it out. Sorry if you are excepting pay, I can't really do that. Any help/explanations would help me out. Thanks! Here are some images of the game's files that I could find.

fielddata, graphic, and battle i guess these must contains graphics from Overworld, Battle, and Main Sprites. of course, remember D/P/Pla have some 2D and 3D Scenarios.
Why don't try downloading and using these tools? it's specially for Pokémon ROMS.

Also, don't modify ARM9 and ARM7 files.
banner is the cartridge game logo if i remember.
header stands for the game name, like
"Pokémon Snipy Edition
Alex4U"
