ROM Hack Pokemon Diamond Cheat files

First off ive been comming here alot but just registered and i hope this is ok and in the right place (im REALLY sorry if it isnt)

I was wondering if anyone can make me a save file (request) for the (U) version of pokemon diamond (v.1.13) i dont mind if its hacked. Basically ALL I WANT is the legendaries in a box NOTHING ELSE i want to catch the rest myself but i just want the legendaries. I dont care what level or even if there are 10 of each (the more the marrier lol) if this isnt a possibility then thats fine but thank you for taking the time to read and respond whoever does.

everytime i try to use pokesav or ar for these types of things the game freezes and i get a corrupted save file besides i use a mac and there is no pokesav for mac
