ROM Hack Pokemon crystal clear help

Hello, I'm playing Crystal Clear but i would want to edit some wild pokemon and levels that appear in cerulean cave and mt silver as well as edit some moves and pokemon stats... how can I do this in CRYSTAL CLEAR? I cannot get the yomama's tools to work...
