Gaming pokemon black/white release date

I hope the games after Black white and whatever the third one will be are going to on the 3ds, with battles like Pokemon Battle Revolution. That would keep the series fresh enough to keep me playing them.

I doubt the re-issue will be on a different console.

Agreed. I had hopes for the NDS games since the platform is capable of nice things, but alas...

Even a 2d battle system with sprites like in Chrono Trigger would be awesome. Anything but the bland current system of two almost still images...

Colosseum had 3D battles...

Yes but that was on console. On hand held they have all been the same, I don't see Nintendo changing it.

I heard it's graphics would be the same as the PSP so they could do it, they could even do it on the DS now, I just don't think they will. Don't get me wrong I would love to see 3D battles but I don't think they will for a long time to come. Maybe the 6th gen.

Agree with Giratina here. It would be awesome but they probably won't do it. They sell millions of games as it is. Why spend the effort and money for the better graphics?

I doubt even them, they would have to be compatible with Black & White. It'll be difficult for them to be compatible if 1 is completely different form the other.

Game is coming in september 2010 in japan.

No matter what month it comes in japan, it's like 99% guarantee to be released in March or April 2011 on a sunday for the US release.

I would love for them to do 3D battles I just don't think they will. It would be good if they could at least move in battle instead of 2-4 frozen pictures.

This would be easier and cheaper for them to accomplish with 3d models than to draw several sprites to make a smooth movement.
