You sure know how to complicate everything for no reason at all!
Running in Clean mode lets you win the battle without having a freeze, y'know.

But in some cards, the clean rom, not going beyond the screen where you select the three PKM for the tournament.

I meant in "some versions of the card," Excuse me if I misunderstand.

I had already upgraded my DSTwo. And tried on CLEAN mode, and after defeating the last guy, "with blue hair" (I can not remember the name now) rom crash again.

So if anyone is experiencing this specific problem, you can try the way I suggested in the previous post.

Maybe it'll work or not ... but not hurt to try.

Ap patch not working for me ... R4 wood v.1.52, patched using Ds scene.. Tried both Black2 and White2 Help anyone?

Tried downloading a pre-patched, with similar results,
all while using the latest firmware...

Double check to see that you PROPERLY patched the game earlier...

See but the weird thing is that ever other game works on the card, it's only these.

I bet it's an issue with Wood 1.52.....

- Make a copy of the ROM and SAVE from your MicroSD;
- Load the ROM on DeSmuME, and then import the SAV and load it;
- Play until you win the tournament;
- Then save your progress in the game and export the SAVE, copy it right back to your MicroSD;
- Play normally the ROM and load your save;

This will temporarily solve the problem of crashes in the first PWT.
Still do not know if the PWT will crash again.

But apparently the problem is not in ROM but the DSTwo (I think).

Here's a guide:

To unlock Challenge Mode/Assist in Black 2 US Follow this:

If you're running on a DS2, launch the ROM in Patch mode (if you can, some people are having issues), then on the main menu, Press select to enable the code, then go to the Unova link>Key system settings>Difficulty and enable Challenge mode. Soft reset and then launch the game again in Clean mode to play.

Huzzah, Challlenge mode unlocked! Have fun!

Yeah I don't know what the relationship is between r4i-gold 3ds and wood 1.52 but it doesn't seem to work for these games. I have it working fine on my R4 original with wood 1.52 (patched rom). Maybe if you download wood from the r4ids.cn website it'll work better or maybe you have to get the one from filetrip?

It's probably something we'll just have to wait to get resolved, just play on the emulator for now and then export the battery save when they finally get everything working on the r4i-gold. The emulator exports the same save type that is used by pretty much all R4s. I did this for white last year when I was waiting for my R4 to come in (hadn't realized that they weren't updating supercard SD anymore so I ordered an R4 for the first time).

but the DESMUME doesnt let export my save file. in both formats! any1 knows how to fix this?

What I did was I exported it as a "raw save file" and named it differently than the save I imported. Then, I renamed the save I exported from DeSmuME to match the ROM I had on my card. Give that a shot and see if that works.

It doesn't works for me. It gets freezed when I'm choosing which pokémon I want to use at PWT reception. Any help please?
