It lets you change which TMs/HMs Pokémon learn, where to find Pokemon and Levels and how Pokémon evolve.

It's just the header, most probably due to the method of dumping. It's unlikely your cart cares anyway.

My DSi is broken.
Not fond on playing on PC emulators.

Well, after entering my name and the rival's name, Juniper says "Let's explore the Pokémon World, bla,bla..." and the screen fades into black screen.
Not that much of a problem, though. Just waitin' for the AP.

Getting Freezes on an up to date DStwo in patched mode. Bad luck ? or bad dump?

There's no way to use the missing data, and whatever patches that crop up to fix it will almost definitely work for the ROM. So no issues.

no, you need to start in in clean mode

It doesn't matter what system you have. It'll work.

It'll only be able to boot in DS mode. DSi portions do absolutely nothing for anyone with a flashcard.
