Hacking Pokemon Black Crash

I'm using Pokesav for Pokemon Black US ROM to edit some of my pokemon in my team and for item usage. When it comes to moving my pokemon from my team to the pc a message pops up and the screen is blue and black, the messages says as follows "An error has occurred. Please turn off the power." I'm using an R4 with the WOOD R4 version. just want to know what's wrong with it, or what to do? I've tried everything and nothing seems to work.

Oh, i'm having the same problem as ninxcor234 as after i'm finshed pokesav-ing and load the game on to my R4, when i try to access the storage ( to be more specific try to withdraw, deposit, and move pokemon from someone's pc) a blue and black screen appears that says: "An error has occurred. Please turn off the power." Any suggestions?
