ROM Hack Pokemon B2/W2 Evolution Editor. Where to find?

Hello, i was wondering if there is an evolution editor out for b2 or w2?
I want to edit the evolutions so i dont need to trade some Pokemons.
Do somebody know where i find an editor, if available?

why not edit via hex editor ==", you can using prc bw 2 on pokemon project

Because I cant Edit via Hex.. Im not so expirienced in this.
I tried out PRC BW 2 but every Time I save, i get an Error...
