I feel that thist thread, if possible, should be archived in its entierity and then linked to whenever we come to this situation again, say, upon release of Golden Sun.

The hilarity it provides is reason enough to archive it somewhere; deleted posts and all

i tell u all this is the last time i ever bother dling a rom 2 play ffs it just aint worth the goddamn headaches not just from trying 2 create a patch but a lil bast***ds that come out of the woodwork suggesting things that they have no clue bout i know i'm not a good programmer i'm prob bout 10years behind the modern way of programing still using bit/hex based but damnit if nintendo wants to keep people interested in their games n lines they gotta think of a better way to do it if and when this game gets patched watch every is gonna get bored with the game withing a week n start complaining that the game was to short and needed more of a challenge.... kids these day...... why cant we just ship em all of to military school to teach them discpline and patience

I see you're like french gamer and want to fix the last nintendo' AP. And like us, you fail. So, with a friend, we want to doing the same thing that Rykin and Raqib12 do, a translation patch. For that, we use the Project Pokemon Roms Editor, but it don't care the translation of abilities/TM and some other thing. But, in their patch, R&R have translated this thing. What tool they are used for that ??

Yep, i want to translate in French. For traduction, i wish to use the same tool, take the text from the french roms and put it in the Japanese patched roms.
