I don’t know bout plug ins but like I said if you read above is that pkhex now works if you have it to the most recent update, because they have extra files which support ultra moon and sun

No the anti-cheat app didn't change into the Title ID for Ultra Moon. It just happened to share Ultra Moon's metadata. Also, the file sizes are completely different. They're two different things. It still has the same title ID. Do you have proof of where this person on Twitter said it changed into the Ultra Moon title ID?

Thanks for this information. I only read some information here and there so probably some pepole have get mix up the information.
In this case, since is probably one extra app, we just need to see what is gonna change.

Also, is there a link to the latest PkHex that works with Ultra Sun? Thoughts and help on all of this greatly appreciated

As far as creating/genning Pokemon goes, do they really have to have "legit" moves and such if I don't plan to do online battles?

Remenber always make a second backup of your game, becouse at the moment the current version of the program you are going to download is still a beta version. It can possible curropt your save file, so always make to backup.
This issue it will adjust when the stable version go out, probably the same day when the game come out.

You would have to ignore the legality checker baked into PKHex but yes.
