ROM Hack Pokegen Problem

Whenever I import my pokegen pokemon files via gts exploit, all its stats are 0/0. Is there any way to stop this? It has the faint symbol by it to.

By the way, if it is important, i'm trying to pokegen Shiftry.

Could you post the .pkm file?

Just place them in the PC.For future GTS transfers, make sure you have a full party so they go strait into the PC.
