I formatted my 3DS just be sure and hacked the console successfully. Now I plan to install Pokémon X/Y through CIA and transfer my Pokémon to Pokémon Home using Pokémon Bank. Thanks

pretty sure if you get PKSM you can use that to transfer mons for free, plus add in new ones if you feel special haha
