ROM Hack Pokémon Dash events

There were 4 events distributed to Pokémon Dash. These were special courses. There was a course whose shape alternated between the four forms of Deoxys, a flying Munchlax course, a Pikachu riding on Lapras course, and a flying Pikachu course. Wireless and wi-fi distribution events for other games can be patched onto ROMs, but I've never seen patches for these events. Is there a way to do this?
