Hacking PNG to BFFNT tools?

Is there any tools to convert png to bffnt font file?
I want to make a translation of wii u games!

I try to translate the wii party u to chinese for my son，but there are not font files in the content. Then i download the fonts from Random Talking Bush. But i dont know how to deal with the png font files. Is there any tutorial？
