Gaming PMD Time cheat won't work?

I'm using my R4 for cheats so I can go through this game quicker, and I tried using the "Have Every Pokemon" codes, but they don't seem to work.
I turned on the Male gender modifier, make Pokemon exist, and the includes Primal Dialga code, but all I get is slowdown in the game itself. =/

What's wrong?
All the codes were from the cheat database, by the way.

I think I'm screwed. If I try going to ANY dungeon at all, the game freezes. Do I have to delete my save AGAIN (for the third time now)?

i think you have to patch your game or somthing. i have a R4 and the cheats dont work for me
