Dude that's normal for the 2DS you should've continued with the process instead of formating your system cause the screen would actually fix itself once you get a9lh. I watched a guy cfw his 2ds on youtube with the soundhax method and his did the same as yours but it eventually went back to normal when he got a9lh.
the stretched screen was actually normal it was supposed to happen , now that you formatted the system you screwed the procces
