I've recently ran into a issue where my ps3 freezes almost instantly on start up. Everything was working just fine until (by my mistake) installed a psnpatch plugin through the program on the ps3. After reboot it just locks up after the ps3 welcome screen. I've also looked at the patch notes in pspatch and it says to make a "failsafe" file in a core folder and slap it on the ps3 but no luck. Any help on how to fix the issue would be deeply appreciated...
