Hacking Please help! My memory card always becomes corrupted

Hey guys, first time user and I'm not sure what the problem is.

I'm using a kingston 4gb micro sd card and whenever I use it in my dstt and then plug it into my computer it shows up corrupted with folders I didn't even create. I tried reformatting multiple times but it continues to do the same thing.

Is it still fine in your DSTT when this happens? Could be a faulty card reader you're using on your pc.

So after seeing all of the corrupted data on my memory card I put it back into the ds and it worked.

Then I plugged it back into the pc and loaded another game into the card. When it went back into the ds, the menu wouldn't load and I was left with a disfigured screen.

I think it has more to do with the fact that you yourself are a "kurupted azn" than anything....





Just kidding.
Do you have a clone card? or is it official?
I could be wrong, but I think that many if not all of the people that I have seen with corrupted flashcards/files have clones. Even if you use the official firmware with whatever kind of fake-killer removed, there could still be an issue with the firmware not being 100% compatible with the cloned card.

I used the main site to see if it was fake or not but the model does not look like any of the displayed chips (real or fake).

My guess is that it is a new fake? If i uploaded a picture would you guys know if it is authentic?

Also, I am without an extra card so I cannot check if it is the memory card

some DSTT had a problem with the "intel" memory...

You can start the DSTT and see the "menu" but when you want to start a game = error

And after reboot you obtain a "menu ?" ...

The DSTT corrupt the data on the microSD every time... = broken DSTT

I've only witnessed corrupt data on the memory, and then when I insert it back into the dstt, the menu won't even appear. I will only see a messed up screen (not "menu?").

I hope it is a faulty dstt and not a fake because if so I can return to the store to replace it.

website?reformatted with panasonic formatter?a12 firmware?have you used another SD card to check?

Reformat the card fat32. I had that issue before. But when you take the card out of the cpu make sure you take out properly. also make sure that your card while eject does not freeze the cpu. make sure it say device safe to take out.

WRONG.
Seriously wrong.

First off... Laws governing any sort of warranty or guarantee vary by country.
Second... Any warranty or guarantee is typically from the MANUFACTURER and not the Store.
Third... Things of questionable legality like Modchips usually aren't protected by your government.

So in short, the shop (even worse if it's a site) does not have to do anything. If they do, it's most likely out of kindness/fairness than any requirement.

About reformatting, I've done it mutiple times including safely taking out the memory card.

I'm going back to the store right now with the 30 day warranty (1 year warranty? no way lol).

I'm gonna ask them to set it up for me lo.. Wish me luck....

So before returning to the store I used my friend's usb adapter (I was using an sd card adapter) and it worked perfectly. Turns out it was the kingston sd adapter. Time to go play games!!!

Im sorry for some big guys here...

But ndstt.com give 1 year warranty for every shop they work with...

Like M3adapter.com, like acekard.com, like EZ-Flash.com, etc...

if you have "less" than 1 year, your linker are not original made!

Thats all, i have a friend in this business with all official TEAMS,
and no problem to exchange after 1 year and sometime more...

(example with the bad start of the Acekard 2 with the FAT ERROR)

I too have the exact problem, just bought a DSTT card. Meny boots up fine in the first place. But after attempting to load a .nds file, there's an error. And when i put the SD card back in the computer it's currptet. Tested with 2 different sd-adapters, and 2 different sd cards. Same results. Corrupted filesystem.

Iv'e been useing Panasonic formater. FAT-32 filesystem. Tested official and unofficial meny. Tested YSMeny. No go... Tested the sd card in another DSTT card, it worked fine, no FS-corruption..
