Hacking Please help. Metroid Prime Trilogy

I load up USB GX and hit the plus button to add game to my HDD. It say's "Can not open game." I have also tried using USB Loader 1.5. then hit + button it say's "ERROR! (ret = -2)". I read you need Hermes CIOs + CIOs 38 rev 14. I do have those setup. I know you need to go into setting to actually play the game as a .dol. But my problem is getting it onto my HDD. I am using retail copy of game. Any help would be much appreciated.

ios55 make sure you have it installed
and make sure ios's from 9 to 28 are also upto date

how can i check which CIOs and IOS I have installed? I cannot get ios55 wad working. Do I need a different CIOs?

New dopios 11.1 has system check, use it to install ios as well

can you explain to me how Dop-IOS works? Will this just let me pick and choose which IOS I need and will it interfere with my USB GX?

it will allow you to update your ios's with wifi internet any ios that is not present will show up read the instructions there pretty easy to use

I think it might be my Wii. I have a Launch Date Wii. Since it is a newer Dual Layer disk my lens might not be picking it up. Smash Bros went right through so I really don't understand. I updated my IOS 9-56 so it couldn't be that. BTW Dop-IOS is pretty awesome. I need to learn more about it tho.

install hermes 222/223 v4 or v5, and Cios38 r17, then go here and update USB loader to the latest version. Also try it with another game

Get an original Nintendo lens cleaner kit and try it again after you clean your lens.
