Hacking Please help me with my Acecard2i

I just got my Acekard2i in the mail today, I have a brand new Dsi that is still at the 1.3u firmware. I had my Microcard all set up properly (so I thought) I formatted it correctly with the correct formatter, I out Akaio 1.5 and moonshell 2.08 and a couple of games on it just to try it out. I also have the most current loaders and current cheat files. I played Kindom of hearts and it loads fine, then I tried Ghostbusters and just stays on a loading screen and never changes, I press moonshell2's direct boot file and same thing just stays on the loading screen and never changes. I also enabled the soft reset and when I am in the game I hold down left and right and all four buttons and it will not soft reset. What have I done wrong??????????????????

Try downloading another rom.

Okay, I fixed the loading issue by updating to the new 12-21 loaders and wi-fi, but my Soft reset will still not work at all, a+b+right+left+down will not reset it!
What should I try?

AKAIO RESET COMBINATION

R + L + DOWN + A + B

(left right are arrows - with these not works)

And this one will work only when you ENABLE it in SETTINGS of AKAIO.
(after that works with NDS games but NOT with NDS HOMEBREW GAMES/PROGRAMS)
