ROM Hack Please help! .cia save file to .sav?

i have an old 3ds xl 10.6 and another 3ds regular sized running 7.6. I have a sky3ds plus card with alpha sapphire. The game saves on the micro SD that is in the sky3ds+ card. I have a friends save file that I would like to use. Problem is His save is a Cia file and I need it to be a .sav

Or! Just help me be able to use pokegen on either of my 3ds devices......please lord of all things code and electronic help me

Try using your sky3ds+ with CUBIC NINJA.3ds to use Ninjhax or Sliderhax to run HOMEBREW LAUNCHER with SAVE MANAGER.3dsx.
