now my laptop acer cannot wake up again. but i mean is i cannot control the laptop, because when I started, a lot of ads come to my laptop from internet explorer. and i try delete internet explorer from my laptop but i cant do it. i dont know how to fix it. a lot of my game on my laptop, so if i try to reinstall my windows, my data will gone. please halp me.

Can you boot into safe mode and run e.g. malwarebytes?

Worst case you could backup the laptop using e.g. a linux distro or macrium reflect free (create a bootable usb/cd from another computer).

You installed some adware, it seems.
MalwareBytes is your best bet. Not to mention, a Windows reinstall won't completely wipe your PC, it'll move your files to a Windows.old directory iirc

maybe try a bootcd with antivir or something ... depending on whats going on.
But as you were told above you should try safe mode or sometimes it helps shutting off the w-lan / taking out the network cable

than you could try to clean the computer or make a backup of your important files.

another thing you could do is open the task manager and kill any "weird" task that should not be there ... could help for a while and or go into msconfig and look for programms in the auto start and kick most of them if not all ...

Press F8 when Windows is booting, then select Safe Mode. (Perhaps)

Regarding Malwarebytes, download it, install it, run it.

when you turn on the pc, repeatly press f8 you should see a different screen, depending on the windows version you can either see the safe mode option, or a screen where you have to navigate until you find it

What OS and is it running and did it come with it (or do you know if it's UEFI or not)?

That's why you have to back up your data like I usually does. Always back up your data at all the time.

Google it.. It can help you like Press F8 and etc. I always do that and helped me through it myself.

i know you're right. i was put all of my game in my 56 GB divice. but i think the space is not enough.

I'm not sure what you have watched to get all the ads pop ups, maybe you should've tried to clean cookies and cache? Do you have anti virus installed?

oh my god, its very help my problem with malwarebytes. but little problem in chrome i was blocks the ads, but ads is still coming and soon.
