I recommend reinstalling your system menu and IOS files with ModMii. Although not very likely, you might have a messed up IOS file somewhere that's not helping with your issue. I also do not like that your system menu is version 54449, but it's probably something benign and I just don't know about it. Either way, reinstalling everything with ModMii is what I would have tried first. Overwriting the system menu will automatically get rid of Priiloader and eliminate that variable.
If he keeps his system menu version the same though, I don't think Modmii will redownload it.

If he tells the ModMii Wizard that he is on a system menu that is very low (O = Other (under 2.2)), then it will recommend and download a fresh version of 4.1, which will be installed and overwrite what he previously had.

Well guys I did exactly as you said and now my drive doesn't work at all! I put in a retail original disc and it doesn't even spin and isn't recognized by the disc channel. It does nothing..no errors or anything. So, I don't know what to do. I also thought by reinstalling the mod that it would completely wipe out everything from the previous mod? I still have netflix channel, neogamma and usb loader gx from my previous mod? So do you guys have any idea why the drive isn't even being recognized now? Do you think i should return the wii to factory settings to see if the drive is functional and then softmod again? System check below. Thanks again!

It will overwrite all your existing softmods, but things like forwarder channels will remain

There is no reason why ModMii would have messed with your ability to play games from the disc channel. Most likely a hardware issue, maybe u didn't install the new drive properly, i dunno, hardware isn't my area of expertise

I agree...I use usb loading but i can't use it if i can't get my discs copied to the usb hdd! But something happened with the change in software. My drive went from functional (spinning) to not doing anything. Should I return the wii to factory settings? also, how does the system check look?

Your syscheck looks fine, u can drag and drop the log onto modmii.exe if you want for a full analysis, but it will likely just recommend u update your cIOSs and that everything else is up to date.

Don't bother with a format to factory settings, it will mainly just remove your channels and saves, it won't make a difference in terms of functionality.
