Hacking Playing Online and avoid being banned - Possibilitys?

so I want to play a PSN game online (I did buy it, if that matters).

Is there a way to avoid or at least lower the risk of being banned?

I use the CFW Darknet 4.70.

Edit: I mean possibilities .. shameful me.

Use psn patch. It still got a ban risk tho.
