Hardware Playing games from another region

Hi everyone!

It's been a while since i've been checking out my 3ds, since well.. i couldn't really play any games without inporting them.

I've got a old firmwared, 3ds and over the last few (years?) months i've heard alot of good things coming from the community, but i was wondering:

When i put a CFW on my 3ds, can i play EU games in my USA 3DS ? I know i've made a big mistake buying one when i was in the USA , but i just hope theres a solution to this by now...

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
