Gaming Playing fortnite on stockfirmware?

Have C-cear and atmosphere installed.

However if you were to play fortnite on stockfirmware would it be safe?

Also if you are banned what does it entail. Sure no online gaming. But can you still update your firmware?

Online gaming with mod switch= banned
And if you get a ban you wont be able to update fw online ,only with no official methods (you will have to get a game with the update)
