Hacking play wii backup games online?

Backups of MY games that I have on DVD-R, can I play them online through Neogamma on my 4.2 wii?

or will I get banned from online play, or my wii get permanently banned?

yes you can play online you only get banned if you cheat

No, you will be safe to go online with your backups.

The only exception to this is that if you've modified the game files themselves to cheat in the game, then Nintendo can and will likely ban you. Don't cheat.
