Hacking Play nds Games with GW Blue card without losing exploit every time ?

hi guys,
at the moment, i play with emunand 9.9 on my Old 3ds.
But slowly im interested more in nds games. I play them in Sysnand 4.5 with Gateway blue card.
because that i want to ask you: is there any way or exist a Tool, that i can play nds games without reinstall the exploit every time ??

As far as i'm aware, making the exploit 'stuck' only works on the N3DS.
Reinstalling the ROP only takes a couple seconds though?
