Hacking Play GBA on 3DS/2DS..

In my opinion, GBA VC injection is a waaay better option than using emulators. Just follow the guide Omegadrien posted. Last time i tried, emulators gave me 11fps on my 2DS whereas GBA VCs worked like a dream.

You're right, I tried emulators before and the framerates weren't too good. But not i'm updated to 10.7 and am unable to use those anymore. Is it possible to downgrade?

Once/if you downgrade to 9.2 and setup an emuNAND, I'd recommend AuReiNAND. As AuReiNAND uses updated reboot patches that allows you to play games such as Smash Bros/Monster Hunter (games that reboot after you close them) and GBA/DSiWare. AuReiNAND is the only CFW to be able to do this. Every other CFE has a compromise, either GBA/DSiWare, or games such as Smash Bros, but not both.

Now try playing a GBA game without disabling the reboot patch, oh wait, you can't.
That's what I meant. Cakes needs a compromise, you have to choose one or the other. AuReiNAND allows you to do both.

I think what he's saying is If the reboot patch is on in cakes then you can't play dsi or gba I think you have to turn it off the reboot patch manually.

You guys are real :ph34r:s

Yeah, and who would want to waste their time doing that? :P We want to play games! :D Exit Smash Bros and immediately open that GBA game! No need to change some settings around.

I agree that's why I use aurei:) however I think cakesfw with its cake patches is amazing and has lots of potential.

Funny how a mod of reinand that was made for personal use turned into the #1 cfw replacing even the original since it supports all 3ds models

I did not want to open a new thread for this so I will ask here:

I was able like a month ago to instal GBA injects on my sys/emu NANDS, and I can play them with no issues, BUT, now for no apparent reason, I install any GBA inect and they DONT appear on my sys nand, and neither can play them on emunand.

The old injects I have are OK and all, but any new installed game just dont show up on both Nands.

USA O3ds, unlinked nands, sys 9.2U emu RX10.5.0.30U.
