Hacking plailect ctr-transfer file

i want to region change my japan 3ds. is seems that the ctr-trans files are in torrent not direct download. my torrent download speed is super slow. is there another way to download em directly? and where i can find them? tnx

For legal reasons, torrents are the only available download option with regards to Plailect's guide.

Download them via torrent or find a direct link yourself. It's up to plailect to put a direct download link(and he won't because that can bring him more legal troubles than hosting a simple torrent).
Also nobody will give you a direct link because this is copyrighted stuff
