Hi guys I wanted to know if its possible to trade pokemons made in the pkhex program quick question thanks

Yeah filters dont work for wireless trades as they aren't connected to nintendo servers.

They can, but they don't do that .

1.3 only affects trades and battle online, local still lets you trade any thing illegal (i.e I traded a wonder guard spiritomb with thunder bolt) between two 1.3 systems using local wireless just fine. As long as your not connecting to wifi internet your fine to trade any kind of illegals.

You may be interested to know that the 1.3 update may not actually contain any new filters, but new instructions to check with an online system while trading now. But like I said that would only affect online

Those would work, because they are not illegal (as in they are possible). Trading a Pokemon that can never be shiny or a Pokemon that can not have a certain ability would not be allowed on wondertrade or any online trade or battle system

hard to say exactly, but basically you need to make it be possible.
EDIT: and by possible, I mean something that could have happened in the game(s)

Off the top of my head here are somethings I found that could be wrong:

• ability number is 4, maybe you want to try 3
• The date met and date got egg are in the year 2000 you may want to change the date to when it actually could have happened (pretty sure this is the most crucial part)
• I think egg Pokemon need a list of relearn moves, not sure if 1 or all are needed.
