Hacking PKG DLC without RAP file

Hi,

I found some DLC using PsnStuffX without RAP file. Aren't those .RAP needed to decrypt the .PKG? If yes why is there many DLC contents indacating "Warning, missing RAP".
People wouldn't submit them if they couldn't be used am I wrong?

I'm just trying to understand. Thanks

PsnStuffX isn't being supported anymore, go to PSNDL V2.

so, packages downloaded from PSNDL site doesn't need rap files? so they are attached to the pkg it self?
or they are just filtered version of psnstuff with rap files?

I have downloaded Skyrim Legendary Edition
And I have a problem installing the DLCs
My Skyrim folder this presents like this

BLES01886-[Skyrim]
__________________________|____________________________________________
| | | |
PS3_EXTRA PS3_GAME PS3_UPDATE PS3_DISC.SFB

So I put BLES01886- [Skyrim] folder in / dev_hdd0 / GAMES
with multiMAN
after, Skyrim work fine
but i don't see DLC's
I'm sure it's in the PS3_Extra folder
If someone can help me.
I would be very grateful.

Some don't need Rap files and some do, if they don't give you an option to download RAP files you don't need them.
