ROM Hack PK3DS

Just wondering if someone who has experience with PK3DS could give me some help as I have tried other places.

My problem is that when I try to put pk3ds directory to my alpha sapphire game folder, I get a error with a continue or quit buttons. (the error mentions an array.)

In the folder I got it like this

alpha sapphire
----exe
---------DecryptedExeFS.bin
----romfs
----------DecryptedRomFS.bin
.code.bin

Is there something I am missing? What do I do?

Your files need to be like that.
Extract your romfs and exefs, rename code.bin to .code.bin and with pk3DS load the folder with exe folder and romfs folder
