It's possible you could change the save-files GAMEiD to match your regioned-version, if the save structue is the same, it should work..!

Okay it worked! I didn't have to change anything the save worked with my game even if it's different region it seems. Thank you again @zestiva

How you do this? I tried using this sabe and won't work, My switch makes difference for both regions.
Also @Tomakage, could You share your sabe? In My experience reading about saves it looks like US games are some kind of "universal save users" bc they can use saves from other regions, I'm wondering if You extract your save it could be used by every other region.
