Let get some things straight.

If you "sometimes" pirate then click yes.
If you used to pirate but stopped BUT you still have the pirated software/video games/ect then click yes. (stealing diamonds then stopping but still owning the diamonds is a different way of thinking about it)
Pirating also includes downloading ROMS (any, doesn't matter if it is from old video games like the nes/snes/ect...). So if you do that then click yes.
Pirating also includes illegally downloaded music.
If a person buys a game, then makes an ISO and gives it to his friends on a physical disc.
You're still a dirty pirate in this case without the downloading.

What if someone buys the humble indie bundle, but then shares his download link to his friends.
You're still a dirty pirate in this case, but you're using a legal link and download.
Downloading anything copyrighted without permission is illegal

If you used to but stopped and DELETED the pirated software/video games/ect then click no.

There is no maybe or sometimes, It is either yes or no.

Discuss pirating now.

Piracy isn't stealing. Learn your shit.

I'm just going to avoid this thread in general since it'll bring nothing but stupid argument. Plus we've had this thread about a thousand times before.

Why would you make a thread like this?
I have had many other threads asking for help on pirating. People say "Don't Pirate it is bad" and that crap. Well right here I break pirating down in a nutshell.
So I want to know how many hypocrites are here.

If people need to be explained what pirating Is, then they shouldn't be pirating.

Why do all your threads seem to be super obnoxious?

EDIT:
p1ng: I think he meant "Downloading anything illegally"

Just a hunch

Example.

A paedophile who downloads child porn is not classed as a pirate.

Good point. Let me re word that.

Why do all of your post seem super obnoxious? Joking. I don't think they are IMO

[EDIT]

And before anyone gets offended, all pirates are dirty.
Even old sea faring ones...probably even more so due to the no showering thing.

This doesn't make much logical sense, Taggy. (There isn't much intellectual material out there that is illegal by default (such as k-porn) -- I'm sure you weren't talking about that.)

I think what you meant to say is:

"Downloading anything copyrighted without permission is illegal"

sorry,
