Joining the recently-announced metallic pink DSi XL will be a similarly coloured 3DS, shown off earlier at Nintendo's conference. That'll go great with the new entry in the Style Savvy fashion-centred franchise also announced for the handheld.

Yeah that's gloss finish, that's what the Pink 3DS is too like other 3DS colours.

That's a gloss finish, he's talking about a mirror finish. Where the surface is a perfect mirror when the screen is off. It's basically a one-way mirror where the screen is the dark room.

pink is nice but its light and would have liked a darker pink. this looks like candy or a baby with a sunburn

Again, Nintendo, I appreciate that you are trying to make up for the mistakes you made when launching the system; I really do.

Still... I don't think that anyone has ever complained that the system wasn't pink enough.
