Picofly install Dat0 Emmc Shield

Is there any potential risk in leaving the shield off after install?

I forgot to replace it after completing the install. Everything seems to work fine but is there any risk long term in leaving it off?

A placeholder for thermal exchange to the heatsink from the processor. Like a sandwich... processor, paste, shielding, paste, heatsink. Though, if you got enough paste in there to reach the heatsink from the processor.

Thanks for the reply although i think your talking about the cpu/apu sheild. Im asking about the little square sheild covering the emmc that is removed to solder the dat 0.

you talking about OLED then, not important shield for emmc
